Customer service is very helpful. I highly recommend getting the Rapid Tac, makes install much easier. I used a level along the top of the letters themselves and not the backing paper. I'm a little bummed that the word Suburban is not level with the body lines of the truck giving the illusion that the decal is slightly crooked. No joke I've got road rage.
