I purchased the art work in Mexico. It’s a Day of The Dead Mermaid who has Curley wild hair underwater like my wife when we SCUBA dive. . I framed it and wanted the a saying included but could not find someone local to do calligraphy. I found custom vinyl lettering on line and it worked out great I was able to pick a font color and size easily.
