Custom Vinyl Lettering uses only the highest quality materials for all of our automobile letters and signage. From using Oracal 751 outdoor vinyl rated for eight years, to our weather resistant outdoor permanent solvent based adhesive our products are durable in harsh weather conditions including resistance to damaging rays caused by the sun.
Cast Vinyl Oracal 751 Upgrade
This is an optional upgrade. This value-priced 8-year cast film offers impressive cutting and weeding properties as well as minimal shrinkage for durable, dimensionally stable applications such as architectural signage, vehicle and fleet graphics. It applies well to irregular surfaces, including corrugations and rivets. We recommend upgrading to cast when requiring greater than 5 year sustained outdoor life.
Solvent Based Outdoor Vinyl Adhesive
All of our car lettering are pre spaced letters with pre applied permanent adhesive to ensure you will be able to easily apply your lettering to the side of your automobile. Solvent based adhesives are used with all of our signs to ensure these signs remain waterproof and weatherproof even in the harshest of environments.
Our vinyl material combined with the quality adhesive we use will provide stability to your sign ensuring that no shrinking stretching or movement occurs after final bonding.
Vinyl Colors
Custom Vinyl Lettering has 26 colors to select from when creating your vehicle signage. This combined with over 100 fonts to choose from as well as our shadowing and outline capabilities allows for many styles to be created using our on-line tools.
